Registration, Fees, Information & Enclosures:                                                  

• Registration of State Council Members will start at 3 pm at the Registration Desk outside the meeting hall and will close at 4 pm.
• Local branches will have one member in the State Council against a block of 20 members (life members) or part thereof. Total membership strength of the branch to be decided as on 31^st December, 2020.
• As per records in the state office, number of State Council Members entitled from each branches are shown in the bracket against the branch’s name :

4. Names of Alternate Members nominated by the President of a local branch (if any, specifying against the absentee’s name) to be handed over to the Registration Desk in the official branch letter head of the branch with signature and seal of the Branch President.
5. Cash biennial attendance fees of Rs. 100/- per member to be paid in the Registration Desk in exchange of Identification Cards issued against each member (the President Elect is exempted from this fee).
6. State Working Committee members, Vice Presidents Elect are ex-officio State Council members and they will also deposit the biennial attendance fees of Rs. 100/- per head individually (except the President Elect) in exchange of Identification Cards.
7. ‘Annual Reports for 2019-21’ and ‘Audited Accounts for 2019-21’ will be sent by email.
8. No proposal received for amendment of Rules & Bye laws of the Association.
9. Branch Presidents/Secretaries are requested to send the complete obituary list from their branches if there is any.
